The school has been in operation since March 1995. The mission of Universal Barber College is to be the most comprehensive program to offer educational knowledge, practical, and technical skills in a timely, professional manner, in a pleasant atmosphere and at a reasonable cost to our students. The barber styling course is designed and taught by Arthur D. Knox, Sr. who has over 25 experience as both a Barber Stylist and Barber Instructor. We continually strive to improve our skills and services by continuing the education of our staff and Barber Instructors to enable our students to not only qualify and pass the state barber exam, but to have a unique edge on the competition.
