I have been a patient of Mary Lou Philage for three years and my life has changed in that time. As one who suffers with depression and anxiety, I have sought counseling in every city where I lived in the last twenty-five years. I have said some crazy things during sessions, but Mary Lou has never responded with sarcasm or scolding like my other therapists. From the minute you meet her, Mary Lou is warm, welcoming and focused on you. Her brilliant strategies have lead me to a better place. My thinking has changed and so has my behavior. My relationships with family, friends and coworkers have also improved over time.
